About Aspen, Colorado
Aspen, Colorado is not only noted for excellent skiing adventures but also for its musical entertainment such as Club Chelsea, Wheeler Opera House and the Aspen Santa Fe Ballet. Plays are a specialty at the Crystal Palace Theatre Restaurant.
Among the attractions are the Aspen Art Museum, 5 Star Adventures and the Aspen Carriage Company. Also amidst the recreational activities of Aspen are the Aspen Alpine Guides, Aspen Expeditions, Aspen Outfitting Company, Colorado Riff Raft and Rick Deane Enterprises.
Movies are typically viewed at Movieland or Stage 3. News is found in the Aspen Daily News or the Aspen Times. Aspen, Colorado has excellent eating venues such as Jimmy’s An American Restaurant & Bar, Hickory House Ribs, Cache Cache, Bentley’s at the Wheeler, Zele Café, Syzygy, and In and Out House.
Other fine eating establishments are Boogie’s Diner, Campo Di Fiori, Gusto Ristorante, L’Hostaria Ristorante and Matuhisa and the Aspen Underground. Don’t forget about Kenichi or the Explore Booksellers & Bistro.
Aspen’s lodging is exceptionally comfortable and pleasantly warm. Among the area bed and breakfasts are Hearthstone House, Hotel Jerome, The Independence Square and The Residence Hotel.
The area’s hotels and resorts include Aspen Meadows Resort, The Little Nell and The St. Regis. Also available are Hotel Aspen, Hotel Lenado, Inn at Aspen Resort, The Sky, Snowflake Inn, Aspen Alps, The Gant and Lift One Condominiums.
Aspen’s lodges are quaint. Among these venues are Aspen Mountain Lodge, Boomerang Lodge, Christmas Inn, Limelite Lodge, Molly Gibson Lodge, Mountain Chalet, St. Moritz Lodge and Tyrolean Lodge.
